We partner with hospitals, nursing schools, and healthcare organizations to bring trauma informed wellness programs and speaking engagements that support both the well-being and nurturing of nursing teams, faculty, and students. The goal is to help nurses feel more supported, resourced, and able to continue caring for others without abandoning themselves in the process.

Our online community Nourish brings nurses together for education, reflection, and honest conversation about nurse well-being. Through workshops, guided practices, and supportive peer connection, nurses learn practical and sustainable ways to protect their energy, restore their nervous system, and care for themselves while continuing to care for others. Free to join. $29/month for full membership access.

Nursing can place a deep and often unseen weight on the body, mind, heart, and spirit. These private sessions offer a restorative space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and begin rebuilding your energy. The intention is not just finding relief in the moment, but helping you move through your career feeling more resourced, clear, and supported in both your work and your life.
